Your Chance:
Process incidents and setting recorded in Service Now ITSM tool
Cooperation with Service Managers, other teams and departments to improve processes or services
Knowledge base article update/creation
Reporting possible deeper technical problems or frequent repeted errors
Willingness to share knowledge with 1st level IT support/ providing trainings
Handling Dell related issues, ordering technicians
Search for solutions independently and proactively
Communicative support users in complicated cases
Your Personality:
Very good spoken and written knowledge of English + Spanish language
An advanced technical experience
Motivation to learn something more in all Enduser topics
Be familiar with Windows settings and features
Ability to do afternoon shifts
Analytical thinking
Communication skills
Deeper analysis and solution finding for Incidents
Team spirit
