Náplň práce:
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join a fast-paced Payroll operations team. This is not just an average payroll position; it requires exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.
Job description:
– Calculate and process payslips
– Notify and follow up on any outstanding overpayments or receivables
– Address and resolve customer inquiries related to overpayments and receivables.
– Support employees by resolving their payroll-related queries.
– Collaborate with various stakeholder teams to identify the root causes of overpayments or receivables and communicate these details to employees.
– Partner closely with Payroll Operations to enhance the employee experience and improve the effectiveness of collections.
Start: asap
Contract for defined period with possibility of prolongation
Location: Prague 8
Požadujeme:
– At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR/administration in Latam countries
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
– Good written and oral communication skills.
– Proficiency in Spanish.
